Specialization
We specialize in representing our clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Hull, Athens, Danielsville, Comer, Colbert, Watkinsville, Winterville, and Commerce. Sandra is well trained and certified to work with Internet customers, and has successfully completed many transactions with out of state buyers and sellers in the Las Vegas market, as well as Northeast Georgia. Jerry, has been licensed in Georgia since 1976 and enjoys working with both buyers and sellers.
Personal
We are Madison County Georgia natives. Our youth was filled with extra-curricular activities and organizations centered around school, church and athletics. We graduated from Madison County High School and attended Ohlone College in Fremont, CA. Sandra also attended Madonna University in Livonia, MI.
Sandra retired from Ford Motor Credit Co. in January 2002, with nearly 32 years of service, and received her Nevada real estate license shortly thereafter. Jerry, retired from the U.S. Navy in 1991. Between our two careers, we had the opportunity to live in 6 different states...Georgia, Florida, Virginia, California, Michigan, and Nevada. What a great chance to live in and see all the different places in our beautiful United States! Our experiences in moving have made us especially conscious of the needs of our "out of town" customers who come to look for and purchase homes, as well as those who are preparing to sell their homes and move away. We have "been there - done that!" We decided to move back to Georgia September 2005, and Sandra obtained her Georgia real estate license through reciprocity with Nevada.
Sandra is an avid "animal lover" and supports various organizations which promote animal health, care, safety, and training. She enjoys pampering her two cats - "Prissy" and "Greta" and her dog "Murphy." She was heart-broken when her beloved cat, "Webster," passed away July 1, 2009. His little body was cremated and placed in a beautiful urn so he can stay nearby.
Current hobbies of ours include spending time with the family, traveling throughout the U.S., Europe, Canada, and Mexico, reading, collecting minuature lighhouse replicas (we have actually traveled to see many of the lighthouses that we have in our collection), volunteering with various organizations, crossword puzzles, watching football games and auto races. | |
